Policies

Athletes will have 6 minutes to complete the assigned work at each station. If the athlete does not finish within the 6-minute cap, they will be moved forward to the next station to maintain the flow of the race. Any athlete moved forward due to the time cap will incur a 6-minute penalty added to their total race time. If an athlete reaches the 6-minute cap at three stations, their race will be considered incomplete and they will be removed from the course.

From a 1,000-meter opening run through barbell work, rowing, wall balls, box jumps, and finishing with a 200-meter sprint, athletes choose their weights and heights but the volume stays the same - rewarding strategy, pacing, and complete fitness. Fastest time wins. With prize money on the line, do you have what it takes?&lt;/p&gt;

Move with Meaning is Life Time’s nationwide fitness event taking place on October 25, 2025, at 9am. Members will unite for a 90-minute Signature Group Training workout to raise awareness and funds for two impactful causes: youth movement initiatives via the Life Time Foundation and ALS research through Augie’s Quest to Cure ALS. The event celebrates the power of movement and aims to support those who face physical limitations or barriers to staying active. GO90 is more than a workout—it’s a movement for movement itself.
